This piece celebrates the iconic McAlpine jug. These highly collectable mid-century refrigerator water jugs were produced by New Zealand's famous Crown Lynn Potteries. Originally manufactured in the 1950s and 1960s, these distinctive ceramic jugs were given away as a promotional bonus gift to customers who purchased a new McAlpine Prestcold refrigerator. Today, they are celebrated as classic pieces of Kiwi modernist design heritage.
 
The tie in of colour with the frames make these super fun. A great little set of 3 different colours if you have the space!
